Pedestrian struck and killed while crossing Highway 6 in Sugar Land.

A man was hit and killed by a car while attempting to cross Highway 6 in Sugar Land, Texas on Thursday morning. The driver of the car stopped and is cooperating with police. The eastbound lanes of the highway were closed for about two hours while the police investigated the incident.
