Fort Bend County Detectives Seeking Whereabouts of 19-Year-Old Missing Man
On Saturday, March 28, 2009 family members of Spencer Wallace Vogt, 19, of Katy, Texas, reported him as missing after not hearing from him since Friday, March 27, 2009 at approximately 3:00 p.m. Spencer was driving a black 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse 2-door, bearing Texas License Plate FWM-192. 
Fort Bend Detectives investigating this case are concerned due to the fact Spencer’s vehicle has been recovered out-of-state and was driven by a subject from the Houston area. At the time the vehicle was recovered Spencer’s whereabouts are still unknown.
Spencer is described as a white male, 5’11, 188 lbs, brown hair and bluish green eyes. Spencer was wearing a green Hollister sweater, blue jeans, and flip flops. Spencer is hearing impaired and has a light blue star tattoo behind his left ear.
