Noble Corp., which is presently headquartered in Sugar Land, has announced that it will be moving its corporate headquarters to Switzerland. Noble said that it was attracted to Switzerland’s stable commercial and financial environment and its tax system The company will be removed from the S&P 500, since only domestic companies are permitted on that list.
